Our news (reporter Li Ye) Shanghai port cross-border e-commerce B2B export pilot for more than 3 months, rapid growth. At the express port of Pudong International Airport, the first month of the pilot in September this year, the export reached 300,000 votes. By October, the number had increased to 460,000, with an average of 20,000 tickets exported every working day.

Since the beginning of this year, due to the impact of the global epidemic, a large number of traditional trade orders have been transferred to online transactions, and the export demand of cross-border e-commerce has increased significantly. Cross-border e-commerce B2B (business-to-business) export is a form of trade in which China's enterprises ship goods to overseas enterprises or overseas warehouses through cross-border logistics, and complete transactions through cross-border e-commerce platforms. Compared with general trade, this export mode is more convenient. Exports only need to be accompanied by manifests and logistics bills, and can enjoy customs priority inspection, automatic comparison, integrated customs clearance, convenient return and other measures, so as to encourage enterprises to transport Chinese manufacturing to the global market in a more flexible way.

On September 1 this year, Shanghai Port officially launched the cross-border e-commerce B2B export pilot. At 9 am on the same day, a logistics Co., LTD., through the single window of cross-border trade in Shanghai, declared to the customs the company's first export of cross-border e-commerce B2B export plastic cup goods to Japan, and the customs clearance efficiency was nearly two days faster than the traditional path. And on the same day, the company received a total of 300 export orders, 50% more than usual. So far, the company has exported more than 10,000 e-commerce goods weighing about 10 tons every day.

General manager introduced that from the current point of view, the company's export of e-commerce goods show the characteristics of a single ticket "small quantity and low price", which is also a common feature of cross-border e-commerce B2B exports. To this end, the customs for small and micro enterprises customized new policy, as long as the amount of a single ticket is less than 5000 yuan, and does not involve certification, inspection, tax, you can choose to declare in the list mode, the whole customs clearance paperless, more efficient process. At present, the export of goods declared in the list mode accounts for more than 90%.

However, in the beginning, export enterprises mostly held a wait-and-see attitude towards these new trade facilitation measures. To this end, Pudong Airport express port cross-border e-commerce pilot working group arranged special personnel, special Windows to accept, establish the pilot work group of close enterprises, basically maintain 24 hours wechat online answer questions, the enthusiasm of enterprises was quickly stimulated. In the first month of the pilot, only 11 logistics enterprises and 9 e-commerce enterprises participated, but by October, there were many new logistics enterprises to join. In addition, Shanghai's New Deal has attracted a number of registered export e-commerce enterprises in Jiangsu and Zhejiang regions to actively apply, and the existing 2 foreign e-commerce enterprises have passed the audit.

At present, Shanghai port through the new supervision of the export of goods including plastic products, clothing shoes and boots, bags, LCD devices, toys and other more than 450 kinds, export destinations covering the United States, Britain, France, the Netherlands, Indonesia and other 13 countries. With a huge volume of cross-border e-commerce trade and abundant route resources, Shanghai has a natural advantage in using cross-border e-commerce B2B exports for "large-scale global sales". Pudong Airport alone has 107 airlines operating business, covering 137 overseas stations in 51 countries and regions. Shanghai Customs supervises the annual express shipment volume of 165 million tickets at Pudong Airport. Accounting for half of the total volume in China.
