II. Main Goals

In 2023-2024, the average growth rate of light industrial added value will be about 4%, and the operating income of enterprises above designated size will exceed 25 trillion yuan. The scale of key industries will be stable and rising, and the international market share of major products will remain stable. New growth points are developing rapidly, more than 300 upgraded and innovative products are being promoted, the competitiveness of the top 100 light industry enterprises is further enhanced, and 50 light industry characteristic industrial clusters with a scale of more than 30 billion yuan are cultivated and upgraded. III. Work measures

(I) Focus on stabilizing key industries

Household products.
