Plastic runway new national standard inspection report released
The new national standard of plastic runway "primary and secondary school synthetic material surface sports ground" GB 36246-2018(hereinafter referred to as the "new national standard ") was officially released by the State Administration for Market Supervision and Administration not long ago. At present, enterprises and qualified testing institutions have begun to test according to the new national standard, and the test report has been released.
Although the new national standard is scheduled to be implemented on November 1, according to the inspection report provided by the CTC testing center of China Building Materials Inspection and Certification Group (hereinafter referred to as the "National Inspection Group "), the ETPU permeable runway of Germany BASF and Shanghai Dubai City and solvo-free polyurethane adhesives have been tested in accordance with the new national standard.
ETPU permeable runway is a plastic runway finished product. Guo Zhongbao, the project leader of the National Inspection Group, said that the report was tested according to the new national standard GB36246-2018. The National Inspection Group has recently obtained the third-party inspection qualification of the new national standard authorized by the CNCA.
According to the inspection report, its chemical indicators, physical performance indicators and professionals concerned about glue VOC, finished TVOC, polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons, carbon disulfide and other harmful substances detection items are qualified, and most of the values are far better than the new national standard requirements.
Lin Fanqiu, chairman of Dubai City Group, said that after the industry experienced a storm, the new national standard provides a quantifiable standard, practitioners should be responsible for the quality of the final product in the end, the use of technological progress to upgrade products, do a good job in the service system, for the campus green sports site construction quality and safety escort.
