The preliminary survey results show that the amount of mulch in Zhangjiagang City is nearly 80 tons, and the mulch covers an area of about 20 thousand mu, accounting for more than 40% of the total area of cash crops. In order to further promote the comprehensive control of agricultural non-point source pollution in town (district) and effectively solve the problem of soil agricultural film pollution, Zhangjiagang City actively promotes the "five one" measures to comprehensively launch the recycling and utilization of waste mulch.

In the future, we will continue to promote the normalization of joint law enforcement of ultra-thin plastic film, always maintain a high pressure situation, strictly control the access, and ensure that non-compliant ultra-thin plastic film products do not leave the factory, do not enter the store, and do not go to the field.
