The province's postal express outlets will continue to use all "slimming tape" packages below 45 mm. By the end of 2025, the province's postal express outlets will prohibit the use of non-degradable plastic bags, plastic tape, disposable plastic woven bags, etc. The proportion of green and recyclable packaging used in the postal express delivery industry has been significantly increased, the efficiency of waste recycling has been significantly improved, and the pollution of ordinary plastic packaging waste has been effectively controlled.
The Notice put forward specific requirements from the five aspects of strengthening the source control of plastic packaging, increasing the application proportion of alternative products, promoting the supply of green packaging products, promoting the use of recyclable packaging, and standardizing the recycling and disposal of plastic waste, making it clear that the decisive role of the market in resource allocation should be given full play.
