"It is a big mung bean Popsicle, I used to eat it when I was young."

And the sea shirt, red scarf, red star hat, in today's popular retro tide, also began to be hot. Post-80s girl and 1,000 old popsicles

Liang Sheng, born in 1984, worked as a Japanese translator in Suzhou after graduating from university and returned to Changsha at the beginning of this year. In April, when she and her high school classmates had dinner in a restaurant, they talked a lot, from high school to primary school, and finally stayed on the topic of mung bean popsicles. "We all love to eat those popsicles, but it's a pity that we don't have them anymore." So she came up with the idea of making her own popsicles and selling them.

She still remembered that when she was a child, ŠÖš² was the old Popsicle shop in Yunan Street. Twenty years later, ŠÖš² still lived there. She and her classmates learned from ŠÖš² that all the Popsicle sticks were bought from Changsha Popsicle Factory, whose old address was at Changsha Railway Station. After two days of searching, she found a worker who made Popsicle sticks and got the secret formula: 100kg of water plus 10kg of sugar, 10% starch, saccharin and coloring.

"Now you can't add coloring and saccharin." Liang Sheng gave up the old recipe, bought a Popsicle machine, began to cook mung beans, put sugar, research and development, "asked many friends to taste, in the end which is the taste of memory, it is estimated that more than 1,000."

Then she posted a message on the Internet to recruit salespeople. The sea shirt and red scarf, the nostalgic shape, is also from childhood memories, "want to copy the memories of that year, through this way, belong to the post-70, post-80 memories, little by little dig out."

Three dollars a piece, some people do not ask the price, directly to taste, "and the taste of the same as before." The reporter saw that only two hours yesterday afternoon, two or three hundred ice lollies were sold.
