Supermarkets, shopping malls, market fairs and other commodity retail places shall not provide free plastic bags, and shall clearly mark their prices in accordance with law. A commodity retail place shall separately list on the sales certificate the quantity, unit price and amount of plastic shopping bags purchased by consumers, except where it is really difficult for a market operated in the form of a rental booth to issue a sales certificate to consumers. Commodity retail places may independently set the price of plastic shopping bags, but there are four circumstances that may not occur: selling plastic shopping bags below the operating cost; Do not indicate the price or do not indicate the price of plastic shopping bags in accordance with the stipulated content; Selling plastic shopping bags to consumers at a discount or by other means not at the marked price; To provide plastic shopping bags to consumers without charge or in disguised form without charge.
