As a representative of high-end twin-screw extruders, Copereon will exhibit a ZSK twin-screw extruder assembled in China at this year's Chinaplas (April 24-27, 2018: Shanghai Hongqiao National Convention and Exhibition Center). With a screw diameter of 58mm, the ZSK 58 Mc18 extruder is designed by Coperion to meet the growing demand in China for efficient production, maximum yield and high quality end products. The ZSK 58 Mc18 extruder is assembled at Coperion's manufacturing site in Nanjing, China, which means Coperion is able to meet customer demand as quickly as possible. Customers can benefit from localised value added, transport and tariff savings, and fast delivery. Even after-sales services will be tailored to local stock parts and needs. This gives access to well-known, high quality, locally assembled ZSK equipment specifically built for the Chinese market. In addition, Coperion will continue to assemble ZSK equipment in the United States for the Americas market, as well as in Germany for the rest of the world.

Nanjing production site with highest quality standards

Localized production and assembly of high-end ZSK twin-screw extruders in the Chinese market is possible thanks to the strengthening of manufacturing capacity and strict quality control in the Coperion Nanjing plant over the past few years. Coperion Nanjing is currently based in a state-of-the-art German processing center and implements the long-proven Coperion quality production standards. Coperion Nanjing uses German high-precision manufacturing equipment and quality measurement equipment and instruments to strictly monitor the production and assembly process. The Coperion laboratory in Nanjing is also equipped with a ZSK 32 Mc18 extruder which allows customers to test their processes under real production conditions. Today, Coperion Nanjing has the capability to offer the same quality of products as Coperion Germany.
