Hainan starts "plastic ban" pilot work in April

In order to steadily promote the "plastic ban" work, Hainan plans to start from April, will be in key industries and places to carry out "plastic ban" pilot work. According to the pilot work arrangement, the canaries of Party and government organs at all levels, public institutions, large state-owned enterprises and other units in Hainan Province, major tourist attractions, large supermarkets, large shopping malls, schools, hospitals and other industries and places as well as large-scale conferences, exhibitions and other activities hosted by relevant government units will take the lead in banning the sale and use of disposable non-degradable plastic bags, plastic tableware and other plastic products.
