Kraussmaffei opens PX all-electric injection machine user measurement
According to Plastics Today, Kraussmaffei's new PX all-electric injection machine will be tested by HTI in the United States for one year, and the machine has better performance and a wider range of combination of mold closing and injection molding devices.
HTI Plastic, founded in 1985 in the US state of Nebraska, introduced electric injection molding machines into its manufacturing process in 2010 to reduce operating costs and increase the number of cycles. HTI Plastics' primary business is the manufacture of custom thermoplastic injection molding machines for the pharmaceutical, animal health, food packaging and sporting goods industries.
Kraussmaffei opens the PX all-electric injection machine user test
HTI has been selected by Kraussmaffei as the test site for its new PX all-electric injection molding machine. The Kraussmaffei PX series injection molding machine was launched in the fourth quarter of 2016 and was recently on display during a public Open Day at the Kraussmaffei facility in Queretaro, Mexico. HTI will serve as the main testing site for the machine and can decide whether to buy it after a year.

The all-electric PX series is on display at the K Show in Dusseldorf, Germany, in October 2016. The all-electric PX series injection molding machines installed at HTI include a Process Designer for graphic processing, user-configurable sequence programming and an automatic mold adjustment unit using the MC6 control system.
