In the third quarter of 2017, Meishan City Quality and Technical Supervision Bureau organized and carried out inspection of construction steel, paper products, packaging materials and fiber products and other 4 types of products at the municipal level.
In the third quarter, 92 batches of industrial product supervision and inspection tasks were issued, and 80 batches of products were actually sampled. Among them, 7 batches of construction steel, 14 batches of paper products, 21 batches of packaging materials, 47 batches of fiber products, 12 batches of products have not been sampled due to enterprise production suspension, production transfer and other reasons.
After inspection, 2 batches of 80 batches of products were unqualified, and the batch pass rate was 97.5%. Among them: construction steel, paper products, fiber products 3 types of products supervision inspection pass rate is 100%; Packaging materials supervision and random inspection pass rate of 90.5%.
2 batches of unqualified plastic woven bag products are tensile load index did not meet the national standard requirements. Analysis of the causes of failure: First, the warp and weft density of the fabric is closely related to the selection of flat silk. If the warp and weft density of the fabric is not set well or there is no reasonable choice of flat silk, the quality of the fabric per unit area is too low, and the tensile load of the woven bag will be reduced accordingly; Second, the strict control of the amount of recycled material is very key. When enterprises produce non-food plastic woven bags, they will use recycled materials and new materials to mix the production of flat silk to make plastic woven bags. The appropriate amount of recycled materials can reduce production costs for enterprises and protect the environment. The amount of recycled materials is too large, the relative breaking force of flat silk will be greatly reduced, and the brittleness of the plastic woven bags produced will decrease the tensile load of plastic woven bags.
