The growth rate of exports and imports to G20 countries was 3.1 percentage points and 3.3 percentage points faster than that of the province's exports and imports in the same period.

Excluding the Spring Festival factor, since September last year, the export scale of Zhejiang province to G20 countries has continued to expand, especially since May this year, the average monthly export value has been stable at about 120 billion yuan. In terms of import, it has maintained a rapid growth of more than 25% since November last year, and the average monthly import value fluctuates at 30 billion yuan.

This year, the export market concentration is high, and the import market highlights are varied. In terms of export, the EU and the United States were the largest export destination markets of the province, with exports of 420.26 billion yuan and 355.20 billion yuan respectively, an increase of 6.4% and 12.8%, accounting for 60.8% of the total export value of Zhejiang province to G20 countries and 41.1% of the total export value of the province. In terms of imports, the EU, Japan and South Korea were the top three import markets, with imports of 70.61 billion yuan, 59.87 billion yuan and 47.44 billion yuan respectively, up 23.8 percent, 25.9 percent and 29.9 percent.

In the past year, influenced by the rising import prices of bulk commodities, the import value of Zhejiang Province from G20 countries reached 362.88 billion yuan, a substantial increase of 32.5%, accounting for 64.7% of the province's total imports. For example, 20 kinds of major commodities represented by primary shape plastics and iron ore in Zhejiang Province imported 189.65 billion yuan from G20 countries in one year, an increase of 40.7%.

Over the past year, Zhejiang Province has dominated the export of mechanical and electrical products to G20 countries, and high-tech products have a broader market in G20 countries. The export of mechanical and electrical products reached 566.33 billion yuan, up 12.6 percent, accounting for 69.6 percent of the total export value of the province's mechanical and electrical products. During the same period, the export of high-tech products reached 84.22 billion yuan, up 9.8 percent, accounting for 71.3 percent of the total export value of similar products in the province.

"Judging from the current situation, the economy and trade between Zhejiang Province and G20 countries are generally stable and good, but there are still some uncertain factors."
