Petrochemicals giant launches plastic recycling goods range to produce 30% ethylene propylene by 203

In early March 2021, overseas media reported that SABIC had signed a new agreement with bp. To jointly promote circular economy in petrochemical activities at Gelsenkirchen Chemical Park in Germany. Building on the two companies' long-standing relationship at the production site, the new collaboration will help increase the production of certified circular products, recyclable products that turn used mixed plastics into raw materials, thereby reducing the amount of fossil resources required for petrochemical plants.
