Report on the national supervision and random inspection of the quality of three food-related products including tea packaging
According to the website of the State Administration for Market Supervision and Administration, recently, the State Administration for Market Supervision organized tea packaging and other three kinds of food-related product quality supervision and random inspection. The situation of random inspection is reported as follows:
A, basic information
(a) supervision of random inspection. Random inspection of 260 batches of products produced by 256 production units, found unqualified products in 11 batches. Among them, 7 batches of composite film bags and 4 batches of melamine plastic tableware were found (see the attachment for details).
(2) Tracking the spot inspection. Follow-up spot check to the last spot check unqualified production units 4, no unqualified products were found.
2. Analysis of sampling results
(1) Tea packaging. Samples were taken from 26 production units in 5 provinces including Zhejiang, Guangdong and Fujian, and 30 batches of products were randomly checked. No unqualified products were found.
(2) composite film bag. Samples were taken from 169 production units in 21 provinces including Guangdong, Shandong and Zhejiang, and 169 batches of products were randomly checked. 7 batches of products were found to be unqualified, including 4 batches of product safety items, the total amount of residual solvent unqualified, 3 batches of product barrier performance (oxygen) unqualified, and 1 batch of product barrier performance (water vapor) unqualified.
(3) melamine plastic tableware. 61 batches of products were sampled from 61 production units in 12 provinces including Fujian, Guangdong and Anhui. Spot checks found four batches of substandard products, including three batches of substandard pollution resistance and one batch of substandard melamine migration in safety items.
Three, work requirements
In view of the problems found in the above national supervision and random inspection of product quality, the relevant provincial market supervision departments should promptly organize the supervision and random inspection results in accordance with the relevant requirements of the Food Safety Law, the Product Quality Law, the Interim Measures for the Administration of Product Quality Supervision and random inspection, etc. And timely input the processing of the e-CQS system. For unqualified products, measures such as sealing up and impounding shall be taken according to law, and production and sales shall be strictly prohibited; Those suspected of counterfeiting should be investigated and collected through on-site inspections, inquiries, and consulting contracts and invoices to find out the illegal facts and be dealt with strictly, expeditiously and severely. For the production and sales units of unqualified products, it is necessary to urge the implementation of the main responsibility for quality and safety, implement rectification measures, and organize review in a timely manner. The administration will strengthen the follow-up and supervision of the disposal of random inspection results, and report as appropriate.
