Officially put into production less than a month, the Indian factory has received a lot of orders from different customers, and the production task of the Indian factory is still in full swing.

Different from the local operation of HPM's production base in North America, Yimi India plant implements the integrated management of China and India, combining the existing management concepts and methods with Indian culture, and operating and managing Yimi India plant with innovative thinking. In order to support and facilitate the multinational operation and management, Yizhi China headquarters and the Indian plant will exchange personnel for learning and training. At the same time, in order to enhance the cross-border communication ability of technical engineers, Yizhi has formulated relevant plans to provide language skills training for engineering and technical personnel in batches.

The main work of Yizhi India factory this year is to establish a quality management system, develop parts suppliers, build a marketing service network, seek progress while maintaining stability, and provide efficient services to customers. "The production plan for this year is 100 to 150 units," said Zhang Tao, deputy general manager and general manager of Injection Molding Machine Division of Yizhi. "We don't want to go too fast. Now we need to ensure that the performance and quality of the products are at the same level as those made in China headquarters, even if they are manufactured in different locations."

According to the demand of the Indian market, the early plan of Yizhi Mi India factory is to produce 650 tons and below medium and small tonnage SM and A5 models, and gradually extend to the large two-board machine. The products are positioned as the middle and high-end products in the Indian market with the characteristics of energy saving, high efficiency and stability. Zhang Tao said, "Yizhimi India factory will support the entire Indian market demand for injection molding machines, we want to copy the successful experience in other markets around the world to India. In addition, the Indian plant will also set up a die casting machine overhaul platform to support the overhaul of die casting machines in the Indian market."
