The government guides all sectors to form a joint force to accelerate the recovery of industries in disaster-stricken areas
Continuous rains in late July and early August triggered flood conditions, affecting the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region and northeast China. As the flood gradually receded, the affected areas are gradually returning to normal production and life order, and some difficult things are also being solved. Some local farmland needs to be repaired, the machinery and equipment of enterprises, and the electrical appliances of residents' homes are soaked, which is in urgent need of testing and maintenance. On the one hand, the government is strengthening the organization and guidance of post-disaster reconstruction. On the other hand, forces from all walks of life are also forming a joint force.
More than 40 machines were damaged in the water to help the team to resume work
Liuheying village is one of the most severely affected villages in Zhuozhou, and the enterprises in the village have also been greatly affected by the flood. The enterprise is mainly engaged in the processing of plastic packaging and woven bags, with an annual output value of 20 million yuan, and its products are exported to Mongolia, Russia and Africa. The flood disaster, the loss of raw materials and finished products of the enterprise is large. Now, more than 40 machines of the enterprise are also damaged by water and can not run.
In order to help the affected areas to carry out post-disaster reconstruction as soon as possible, Baoding unified organization of the city's 14 counties and districts that were not affected, to provide matching support to the affected areas. In the process of visiting, the help team learned that the most urgent need of this enterprise is electrical maintenance technicians.
Knowing what the company needed, the team immediately began looking for technicians who could repair the equipment. After many contacts, the help team finally contacted the enterprise to provide technical support to the backbone manufacturer of China's large power transmission and transformation equipment.
That afternoon, the support unit dispatched 9 technical personnel to form a technical class and came to the enterprise to carry out a comprehensive overhaul.
The equipment maintenance of the packaging plant is not complicated for the technical class, but because of the equipment, the parts that need to be overhauled are also more, and the equipment has been soaked by flood, it is necessary to clean the silt first, dry and then carry out testing and maintenance one by one. In order to save time, the technical team put forward suggestions to the person in charge of the enterprise.
Under the guidance of the technical team, the person in charge of the enterprise rushed to order a batch of damaged parts that needed to be replaced. Now these parts are on the way, and it is expected that they can be installed and debuted in a week.
In order to allow the enterprise to deliver the order faster, these two days, the help team also contacted the equipment manufacturer for this enterprise, and urgently allocated two sewing machines, so that the enterprise can process the existing semi-finished products and further seize the order progress.
Under the joint efforts of the help team and the technical class, the two large printing equipment of the enterprise have been repaired, and other damaged equipment is also recovering in an orderly manner. According to the progress, in about 10 days, the packaging factory will be able to fully resume work.
With the deepening of Zhuozhou post-disaster reconstruction work, Baoding City has sent a number of help teams from industry, agriculture, education and other units into the village to guide and help the reconstruction work in industry, agriculture, education and life of the affected towns and villages.
