However, about 95% of the production process in China is still sulfuric acid, and the production capacity of chlorinated titanium dioxide only accounts for about 5% of the total production capacity of titanium dioxide in the country." Some enterprise representatives called for the state should introduce fiscal and tax policies and supporting measures to encourage the development of chlorination titanium dioxide.
