Tokyo Olympics podium, music and ceremonial staff costumes unveiled
The Tokyo Organizing Committee of the Olympic and Paralympic Games released the costumes for the podium, music and ceremonial volunteers to be used at the medal ceremony of the Tokyo Olympic and Paralympic Games, Kyodo News reported on June 3, local time.

The podium is made of recycled plastic formed after recycling waste detergent bottles and Marine plastic waste, reflecting the concept of "sustainable development" of the Tokyo Olympic Games. The music was composed by Naoki Sato, who composed the score for NHK's long-running historical series "Into the Blue Sky".
The podium is used by the Olympic and Paralympic Games, and was designed by Asao Nonao, who designed the emblem of the Tokyo Olympic and Paralympic Games. The podium has a blue tone, and the side shows the same "Moichi Matsu" pattern as the emblem. (Reporter Zhou Li)
