1. The user should understand the working principle of the hydraulic system of the plastic mechanical injection molding machine, and be familiar with various operations and adjusting the position and direction of the handle.
2. Before driving, check whether the adjustment handle and handwheel on the system have been moved by irrelevant personnel, whether the position of the electrical switch and stroke switch is normal, whether the installation of the tools on the host is correct and firm, and then wipe the exposed part of the guide rail and piston rod, and then you can drive.
3. When driving, first start the hydraulic pump that controls the oil circuit. When there is no special hydraulic pump that controls the oil circuit, the main hydraulic pump can be directly started.
4. The hydraulic oil should be regularly checked and replaced. For the newly put into use hydraulic equipment, the oil tank should be cleaned and the new oil replaced after about 3 months. After every six months to 1 year to clean and change the oil once.
5. The oil should be paid attention to at any time during work. When working normally, the oil temperature in the tank should not exceed 60¡æ. If the oil temperature is too high, try to cool it and use hydraulic oil with high viscosity. When the temperature is too low, it should be preheated, or run intermittently before operation, so that the oil temperature gradually rises, and then enter the formal working operation state.
6. Check the oil level to ensure that the system has enough oil.
7. The system with an exhaust device should be vented, and the system without an exhaust device should be run repeatedly to make it naturally discharge gas.
8. The oil tank should be sealed, and the air filter should be set at the vent above the oil tank to prevent the intrusion of dirt and water. When refueling, filter should be carried out to clean the oil.
9. The system should be configured with coarse and fine filters as needed, and the filters should be checked, cleaned and replaced frequently.
10. The adjustment of pressure control elements, generally first adjust the system pressure control valve ---- relief valve, from the pressure is zero to open, gradually increase the pressure, so that it reaches the specified pressure value; Then adjust the pressure control valve of each circuit in turn. The adjustment pressure of the safety relief valve of the main oil circuit hydraulic pump is generally greater than 10%--25% of the working pressure required by the actuator. The pressure valve of the rapid movement hydraulic pump, the adjustment pressure is generally greater than the required pressure of 10% --20%. If the unloading pressure is used to supply the control oil circuit and the lubricating oil circuit, the pressure should be maintained in the range of 0.3--0.6MPa. The adjustment pressure of the pressure relay should generally be lower than the oil supply pressure 0.3-0.5mpa.
11. Flow control valve should be adjusted from small flow to large flow, and should be gradually adjusted. The flow control valve of the synchronous motion actuator should be adjusted at the same time to ensure the smoothness of the movement.
