Cause: the driving procedure is wrong. The main motor thread has a problem, whether the fuse wire is burned ring.

Treatment: Check the program and restart the car in the correct driving order. Check the main motor circuit. Check that the lubrication pump is starting and check the status of the interlocking device associated with the main motor. Inverter induction is not finished, turn off the main power and wait for 5 minutes before starting. Check whether the emergency button is reset.

Two, the main motor makes abnormal sound

Cause: powder machinery main motor bearing damage. A thyristor is damaged in the thyristor rectifier line of the main motor.

Treatment method: Replace the main motor bearing. Check the thyristor rectifier circuit and replace the thyristor element if necessary.

Three, host current instability

Cause: uneven feeding, main motor bearing damage or poor lubrication, a heater failure, not heating, screw adjustment pad is not correct, or phase is not correct, component interference.

Treatment method: Check the feeder and eliminate the fault. Overhaul the main motor and replace the bearing if necessary. Check that each heater is working properly and replace the heater if necessary. Check the adjusting pad and pull out the screw to check whether the screw interferes.

Four, the main motor bearing temperature rise is too high

Cause: poor bearing lubrication. Bearing wear is serious.

Treatment method: check and add lubricant. Check motor bearings and replace them if necessary.

Five, the head discharge is not smooth or blocked

Cause: a certain section of the heater does not work, the material plasticization is poor. The operating temperature setting is low, or the molecular weight distribution of plastics is wide and unstable. There may be foreign bodies that do not melt easily.

Treatment: Check the powder mechanical heater and replace it if necessary. Verify the set temperature of each section, and consult with the technician if necessary to increase the temperature set value. Clean and check extrusion system and head.

Six, the main starting current is too high

Cause: insufficient heating time, large torque. Some heater of twin-screw extruder does not work.

Treatment: when driving the application of hand turning, if not easy, then extend the heating time or check whether the heater is working normally.
