In recent years, China's inspection and testing industry has developed rapidly, its structure has been continuously optimized, its market mechanism has been gradually improved, and its comprehensive strength has been continuously enhanced. In the process of serving the innovative development of the economy and society, inspection and testing institutions have taken the initiative, actively explored, dared to innovate, and dared to break through. Case Introduction

1. Solve the problem of aerospace material testing and ensure the quality of major national projects. CESI Laboratory of China Electronics Standardization Institute relies on scientific research projects such as weapon equipment pre-research, quality engineering, common technology research and technical foundation to carry out systematic research on three major basic problems in the test evaluation and development of domestic non-metallic materials for aerospace: "China does not have applicable thermal vacuum outgassing test methods", "China does not have thermal vacuum outgassing test equipment that meets the special environmental requirements of aerospace electronic components" and "China does not have a domestic material outgassing database". It independently developed China's first thermal vacuum outgassing test equipment that meets the special environmental requirements of aerospace electronic components, established China's first open thermal vacuum outgassing database covering non-metallic materials mainly used in aerospace electronic components, and focused on solving the "bottleneck" problems of test methods, equipment and core key test data in the selection of materials for space environment, realizing the detection, assessment and evaluation of domestic aerospace materials, and providing strong guarantees for the quality reliability of major national projects.

2. Research on the core technology of high-temperature alloy analysis, testing and characterization, and build the NQI system for aviation engine materials. Gangyan Nake Testing Technology Co., Ltd. has tackled the core technology of high-temperature alloy analysis, testing and characterization, opened up key links from high-temperature alloy raw material analysis, smelting and process quality control, finished product analysis to component inspection, etc., and built a "full industry chain, full process, full life cycle, and full domain" national quality infrastructure (NQI) technology system for high-temperature alloys with inspection and testing services as the link and standard system construction as the core, forming a series of standards, specifications, methods and tools to realize the integrated application demonstration of high-temperature alloy analysis, testing and characterization core technology in high-temperature alloy material research and development and component development. Jilin Product Quality Supervision and Inspection Institute is committed to the testing and technical services of bio-based plastics, plastic food-related products, bio-based fuels, and bio-based platform compounds. It takes advantage of its technology to actively undertake major national scientific research instrument development projects, and independently develops two degradation equipment such as biodegradation test systems, which promotes the solution of the common problems of degradation equipment such as high prices, poor automation, and low stability. It focuses on promoting the construction of a standardization system in the bio-based field, participates in the formulation and revision of 15 national standards for plastics, and presides over the formulation of 4 local standards for biodegradable materials and polylactic acid products.

6. "Sky and Ground" help "precision governance" to make river pollutants "clear at a glance". Relying on the provincial key laboratory of "Transboundary River Simulation and Monitoring" and the "Satellite and UAV Remote Sensing Monitoring Platform", the Heilongjiang Academy of Environmental Sciences selected representative rivers in Heilongjiang Province, and obtained UAV multispectral image data and measured water sample data through a series of technical solutions such as on-site sampling, air-ground data coupling, and water quality parameter inversion. The applied research of multispectral remote sensing equipment in the qualitative assessment of water environment and quantitative inversion technology of water quality parameters was completed, and the GIS (geographic information system) visualization of river eutrophication and black and odor pollution results was realized, which greatly reduced the cost of data collection for quantitative analysis of river water quality, and provided new technical means for water pollution warning, water environment protection and governance.

7. Develop a melt physical property detection system for the Chinese space station to promote basic research in space material science. The Testing Center of Shanghai Institute of Ceramics, Chinese Academy of Sciences, has created the "Containerless Material Experiment Cabinet" melt property detection system for the Chinese Space Station, which realizes high-precision detection of parameters such as density, surface tension and viscosity of high-temperature melts of materials, provides important judgment basis for the study of phase change during the solidification process of various cutting-edge materials and major demand materials, and provides reliable data support for the study of material phase separation and macroscopic segregation behavior, as well as microscopic crystal structure and macroscopic physical property uniformity. After 6 and a half years of ground-based efforts and 2 years of on-orbit debugging, the "Containerless Material Experiment Cabinet" melt property detection system has reached the international advanced level in terms of on-orbit detection uncertainty indicators, successfully providing basic data guarantee for China's research on a variety of new materials and future development of materials science.

8. Break through the technical difficulties in detecting new pollutants in drinking water and help Shanghai's water supply quality continue to improve. 9. Build an intelligent testing and verification platform to ensure the safety of intelligent networked vehicles. The Traffic Management Science Research Institute of the Ministry of Public Security takes the National Intelligent Transportation Comprehensive Test Base as the core, features cross-industry, industry-university-research integration and co-construction, and focuses on supporting the integrated inspection and testing of the Yangtze River Delta. One Product One Code Inspection (Fujian) Co., Ltd. aims to address the long-standing problems of long off-site inspection cycles and high inspection costs for Shaxian snacks products. 16. Benchmarking against the world's first-class to strengthen indicator evaluation and improve the performance of domestic robot precision reducers. 22. Conduct research on the standard system of detection methods to lead the advancement of fuel technology in the power industry.
