Hollow blow molded plastic pallets

Hollow blow molding is similar to the general blow molding method of hollow products. Because its products are large and double-sided, it requires a larger extruder, mold clamping machine and mold. At present, China's hollow molding machine manufacturers have developed ultra-large hollow molding machines that specialize in high-speed production of high-strength blow molded pallets. They are produced using HMWHDPE high-strength plastics, with fast molding speed, good product quality, high strength, high rigidity, and very long service life. The service life of a general blow molded pallet can reach 5~10 years, and it can work stably in an environment of -40~40¡æ. The dynamic load of its products can reach more than 3t, and the bending strength reaches a high level. It is the preferred pallet for some pallets that require a long life and high-strength use environment. At present, its price is higher than other plastic pallets. Because its service life is particularly long, its cost performance is the highest among all pallets. This method will develop rapidly in recent years as the price of molding equipment is greatly reduced. It will have great advantages in saving limited oil resources and saving logistics costs.

1. Light and strong

In view of the climatic conditions in various parts of China, there are currently a variety of HMWHDPE plastics that can be used for the molding of high-strength blow molded pallets, such as 5420 produced by Xinjiang Dushanzi Petrochemical and 1158 produced by Shandong Qilu Petrochemical. They are blow molded using domestic super-large hollow molding machine production lines such as: TDB-2000L, TDB-1600L and other super-large hollow blow molding one-time molding equipment. The finished hollow blow molded pallets are lighter, stronger and more durable than wooden, iron and injection molded pallets, and have lower use costs.

2. Uniform wall thickness

Super-large hollow molding machine blow molding equipment are all equipped with 100-point axial wall thickness control devices to ensure that the wall thickness of the two pressure-bearing surfaces of the pallet is evenly distributed, ensuring that the product performance is more stable and reliable.
