Job content

Responsible for the improvement, compilation and implementation of injection molding process technology;

Test molds for new products and determine the best process parameters, identify product and mold defects and improve them;

Analyze the process of defective products that appear in the production process and provide solutions and improvement plans;

Formulate maintenance plans for injection molding machines, molds and other equipment and implement daily maintenance to ensure the safety, quality, capacity and utilization of equipment and processes are optimized.

Professional requirements

Education and training: Plastic mold or injection molding major, college degree or above.

Work experience: Understand the structure and performance of injection molds and injection molding machines, be able to skillfully debug injection molding machines of different brands and models, be able to quickly solve quality problems in production, understand the performance of plastic materials, have a deep theoretical foundation in injection molding process technology, mold structure design, plastic characteristics and applications; be proficient in operating drawing software such as AUTOCAD; have a good level of English; have a pioneering spirit, strong communication and coordination skills and good team spirit

Salary market

Injection molding engineers generally have a college degree or above in plastic molds or injection molding, and their monthly salary is around 4,000-10,000 yuan. In large cities such as Tianjin and Shenzhen, the average monthly salary of injection molding engineers is around 8,000 yuan. In cities such as Dalian, the basic salary is 6,000 yuan.
