M-type nylon masterbatch vacuum bag is a product specially used for packaging plastic M-type nylon masterbatch, mainly used in the chemical industry.
M-type nylon masterbatch vacuum bag is made of a variety of plastic films with different characteristics, which can generally be divided into two categories:
- First category: PET12/AL7/PE100
- Second category: PET12/AL7/PA15/SKPE90
The production process includes multiple steps, namely printing, coding, inspection, compounding, aging, slitting, bag making, re-inspection and final packaging.
M-type nylon masterbatch vacuum bag is made of aluminum foil, which makes it excellent in drop resistance. After testing, the bag remained intact even after being loaded with 25 kg of weight and falling from a height of 1 meter at different angles for many times.
In order to enhance the anti-slip property, a layer of anti-slip varnish will be applied on the surface of M-type nylon masterbatch vacuum bags during the printing process. In addition, the anti-slip effect can be achieved by using specific glue, making it easier to move between bags.
