Maleic anhydride grafted polyethylene is a polyethylene molecular chain grafted with several maleic anhydride molecules by means of chemical reaction, so that the product has both the good processability and other excellent properties of polyethylene, and the re-reactivity and strong polarity of maleic anhydride polar molecules, which is conducive to use as a coupling agent and re-reactive modifier, and has a wide range of uses in the field of plastics.
It is made by reactive extrusion through a vacuum exhaust-reactive extruder unit, and a pure, impurity-free product can be obtained in one go, and there is basically no free monomer.
Scope of application
It can be used as a filling agent for polypropylene and high-density polyethylene, a coupling agent for glass fiber reinforcement, a carrier resin for masterbatch, a toughening modifier for engineering plastics, a compatibilizer for plastic blends, and a modifier for extending the anti-fog period of anti-fog mulch.
