Development History

China's plastic formwork has experienced more than 30 years of development. Since 1982, Chinese companies have developed glass fiber reinforced plastic formwork, sand plastic and wood plastic board formwork, strong plastic PP formwork, bamboo reinforced wood plastic formwork, plastic formwork, PVC foam plastic formwork and other plastic formwork products.

PVC plastic formwork has high strength, wide temperature adaptability, drop resistance, and is not brittle. The static bending strength of the formwork reaches 22MPa, and it can be normally constructed at -20 degrees to +60 degrees. Process

Top plate plastic formwork support: The spacing of the secondary ribs is determined according to the thickness of the board. Under normal construction conditions, the spacing of the secondary ribs (center distance) of the floor slab less than 150 thick is 350-400mm; the spacing of the secondary ribs (center distance) of the floor slab 150-250 thick is 300 mm. Compared with the normal bamboo plywood formwork, the spacing of the secondary ribs is increased by 50mm, and the flatness deviation of the concrete surface is smaller, which truly achieves the effect of fair-faced concrete.

Support of plastic formwork for shear wall: Taking the wall height of 2800 and the wall thickness of 300 as an example, a 12mm formwork is used, and the vertical secondary rib spacing (center distance) is 250mm; a 15mm formwork is used, and the vertical secondary rib spacing (center distance) is 300mm. Compared with the normal use of bamboo plywood formwork, the spacing of the secondary ribs and the flatness deviation of the concrete surface are basically the same, but the concrete surface is smooth, achieving the effect of clear concrete, and the visual quality is better.

For plastic formwork of the same thickness, within a certain unit and under a certain load, the deformation of the plastic formwork is small and the rigidity is large. The surface flatness after concrete pouring and demolding is better than that of bamboo plywood formwork. Under large loads, such as shear wall formwork, the formwork bearing capacity is large, and it is necessary to reduce the spacing of the secondary ribs or increase the thickness of the plastic formwork, that is, to meet the construction technical requirements of the formwork when the concrete side pressure is large.
