Polyethylene double-sided adhesive anti-corrosion tape is a new product of the anti-corrosion tape anti-corrosion system. It is a strip-shaped anti-corrosion material with high-performance polyethylene film as the base material and high-performance anti-corrosion butyl rubber on both sides at high pressure and heat. It is a new member of the anti-corrosion tape anti-corrosion system. It can be cold-wrapped for construction and is mainly used for the outer surface anti-corrosion of buried steel pipelines such as oil and natural gas transmission, chemical industry, water supply and drainage in urban construction, and gas transmission. It is easy to construct and pollution-free. It is one of the preferred anti-corrosion systems for pipeline external anti-corrosion. This product implements the standard SY/T 0414-2007. This anti-corrosion inner belt overcomes the low adhesion of ordinary anti-corrosion inner belt to outer belt, so that the outer belt is tightly bonded to the inner belt through the high-performance anti-corrosion butyl rubber on the inner belt. Even if the outer belt encounters severe pulling force, it will not separate from the inner belt. In this way, the outer belt has the dual functions of protection and anti-corrosion, which greatly improves the anti-corrosion effect.
Usage:
(1) Surface treatment: remove rust, welding slag, burrs, oil, dirt and keep it clean and dry. Manual rust removal should reach St3 level, mechanical rust removal should reach Sa2 level and meet the requirements of SYJ4007-86.
(2) Primer: Use special matching primer, stay away from fire when using, apply evenly with a clean brush, roller or other mechanical method. Primer dosage: 12/L for manual application and 20/L for mechanical application.
(3) Wait for the primer to dry on the surface for 5-10 minutes before wrapping.
Transportation and storage:
(1) Protect from direct sunlight, rain, freezing and heat preservation, prevent crushing and deformation, and avoid close to hot edges and open flames.
(2) If it is frozen below 5¡æ during transportation or storage, it needs to be stored at about 20¡æ for 48 hours before use.
(3) It should be stored in a warehouse with a temperature of £¼75¡æ and £¾-5¡æ, with a storage period of 6 months.
