Waste plastic crushing refers to the process of reducing the size of materials. It is usually completed by using various types of crushing machinery to apply different mechanical forces to the materials, such as tensile force, extrusion force, impact force and shear force. Waste plastics are complex in shape and of different sizes. Especially some large-volume discarded products must be crushed, ground or sheared to break them into fragments or small pieces of materials of a certain size before they can be recycled or further molded into various recycled products.
For some production waste materials with low pollution, such as waste edges, waste materials and waste products generated by injection molding and extrusion processing plants, they can generally be directly reused after crushing.
