Preplasticization refers to a process that improves the efficiency and quality of thermoplastic injection molding. Heating and pressurizing are performed in two barrels or areas respectively, which can make the thermoplastic resin heated evenly, the pressure is consistent during injection, reduce the internal pressure of the product, and facilitate the manufacture of thin-walled products. At the same time, using the cooling time after molding for preplasticization can increase the plasticizing capacity of the equipment, shorten the operation cycle, and improve production capacity.
