Analysis of the reasons for the dissatisfaction of injection molded products

The main reason for the full injection molded products is the lack of material and the injection pressure and speed (including the resistance caused by too much pressure loss). May be caused by the following reasons:

1. Injection molding machine reason:

The plasticizing amount or heating rate of the machine is uncertain, should choose the plasticizing amount and heating power of the machine;

screw and barrel or over-rubber wear caused by the actual filling modulus is not in; Thermocouple or heating ring and other heating system failure caused by the actual temperature of the barrel is too low; The sealing element of the injection cylinder is worn, resulting in oil leakage or reflux, and cannot reach the required injection pressure; The inner hole of the injection nozzle is too small or the center of the injection nozzle is improperly adjusted, resulting in excessive resistance and pressure consumption.

2. Injection mold reasons:

1. Mold local or overall temperature is too low resulting in feeding difficulties, should be appropriate to increase the mold temperature;

2. The distribution of the mold cavity is unbalanced. The wall thickness of the parts is too thin, resulting in excessive pressure consumption and ineffective mold filling. The wall thickness of the whole part or part should be increased or can be solved by setting auxiliary flow or gate near the insufficient filling place.

3. The flow path of the mold is too small to cause pressure loss; Too large will appear shooting glue weakness; Too rough will cause unsatisfactory parts. The size of the runner should be properly set, the transition between the main channel and the diverter, the gate or the turning point of itself should be

with the appropriate arc transition.

4. The exhaust of the mold is poor. The material entering the cavity is blocked by the gas pressure that is too late to be discharged, resulting in insufficient filling. Can make full use of the screw gap exhaust or reduce the clamping force to use the parting surface exhaust, if necessary to open the exhaust channel or porosity.
