Walking into Dalian Electric Porcelain (Fujian) Co., Ltd., all five production lines are running at full capacity. Liu Gang, the company's general manager, introduced that this year, the company will focus on the international market, connect with major infrastructure construction projects of the "Belt and Road Initiative", increase the export ratio, and strive to achieve a new breakthrough in output value based on last year's 150 million yuan.

Confidence comes from the continued leap in technical strength. According to reports, Dalian Electric Porcelain (Fujian) Co., Ltd. mainly produces porcelain insulators for power transmission and distribution networks. In recent years, the company has focused on R&D and innovation, and has 51 patented technologies. On rows of subway segment production molds, various processes such as binding, pouring, vibrating, and demoulding are carried out in an orderly manner. It is understood that these segments are the main assembly components of subway shield tunnels, which can build a circle of protective barriers for tunnels and are used in projects such as the East Extension Line of Fuzhou Metro Line 2.

It has 73 invention patents and core practical patent technologies, and has won many titles such as "National High-tech Enterprise" and "National Specialized and New "Little Giant" Enterprise". It is also the first in Fujian Province to develop and produce high-performance aerospace cables.

"We adhere to the strategy of innovation and intelligent manufacturing, and our annual R&D investment accounts for more than 20% of our revenue." Lai Jianhua, general manager of Li En Technology, introduced that in April this year, Li En's high-performance aerospace wire and cable project (Phase II) was successfully put into production, introducing Fuzhou's first advanced irradiation production workshop to produce high-performance home decoration wires, new energy photovoltaic cables, energy storage cables, etc. The temperature resistance level and product quality are at a higher level, and the annual added output value is expected to be 500 million yuan.

In order to cultivate more "single champions", in 2024, Minqing County will introduce incentives such as "specialized, refined and new" and "little giant" enterprise recognition rewards, as well as production electricity fee rewards, and new era information technology and manufacturing integration development project rewards to encourage enterprises to strengthen independent innovation and promote the continuous development and growth of "high-tech" enterprises.

Use parks to gather chains and create an "intelligent manufacturing" industrial cluster

Since the start of construction in April this year, the construction of the Minqing Wanfu Innovation Park project has been accelerated. It is reported that the total investment of Wanfu Innovation Park is 1.65 billion yuan. It plans to build modular standard factory buildings, leading (key) enterprise development zones, characteristic enterprise industrial zones, crowd innovation headquarters centers, science and technology innovation centers, life supporting service centers, etc. It integrates new material research and development, green building materials, equipment manufacturing, electronic information and other emerging formats, and fully possesses the carrying function of innovative intelligent manufacturing industry, which will help the industrial "smart manufacturing" agglomeration development of Minqing County.
