It is understood that the name "Chiping Aiko" means to pray for peace on earth. The 1.65-meter tall robot, which is wrapped in silicone plastic, looks like an average adult woman and can change its mouth and expressions to match a synthetic voice.
The robot will also introduce itself and show off at an event on the seventh floor of a department store from April 22 to May 5. "I hope people can feel the shock and touch of cutting-edge technology," said a staff member in charge of the event.
