Seven biomass boilers of Kaifeng Jiahe Aluminum Co., LTD., Gulou District, Kaifeng City, Henan Province, are in operation, and no effective dust collection facilities have been installed, and the smoke has no organized emission.

Two, there are still enterprises pollution control facilities do not operate normally, exhaust gas is directly discharged. Hebei Province Cangzhou Botou City Jinkuo Casting Industry Co., Ltd. is in production, waste gas treatment facilities are not running, waste gas is not fully collected, and unorganized emissions are serious. Shandong province Heze city economic development Zone Heze six and feed Co., Ltd. is producing, crushing workshop 2 cloth bag dust removal facilities caked, can not be used normally, after verification found that the enterprise has no record of replacing cloth bags, workshop and plant dust is not organized emissions serious.

Three, some industrial enterprises dust control facilities are not normal operation or dust control measures are not perfect, dust is not organized emission serious. The inspection team found that the spraying facilities of Beijing Qingcheng Weiye Concrete Mixing Co., Ltd. in Fangshan District of Beijing could not be used normally, the silo was not closed, and the dust was not organized and discharged seriously. Hebei Province Cangzhou City Dongguang County Hongxin Plastic Co., LTD. 2 blow molding workshop did not install pollution control facilities, the workshop is not closed, part of the dust by the exhaust fan outside, the workshop is not organized emissions serious. Henan Kaifeng City Yuwangtai district Lijie quartz stone table top factory stone cutting and grinding workshop did not install dust collection and treatment facilities, dust disorganized serious emissions.

Four, there are still industrial enterprises have not completed the task of volatile organic compounds (VOCs) remediation, exhaust gas direct discharge. Hebei Province Cangzhou Botou City Hebei Jinghangyu Valve Manufacturing Co., Ltd. has not completed the industrial enterprises volatile organic compounds (VOCs) rectification task, the company's spray drying production line has not installed pollution control facilities, exhaust gas directly discharged through the exhaust fan.

Five, there are still industrial enterprises do not strictly implement the peak production and transportation requirements of industrial enterprises, still in illegal production. Ruihua Hardware Tools Factory in Luannan County, Tangshan City, Hebei Province, in accordance with the requirements of local industrial enterprises should be halted overall production, inspection team on-site inspection found that the factory is still in production.
