As the only enterprise in China that steadily produces A1820 environment-friendly rubber plasticizer, Jinan Refinery & Chemical produced 1,694 tons of environment-friendly rubber plasticizer in January, exceeding the plan by 14%, and achieved full production and sales.

According to the changes in the nature of raw materials and weather characteristics, they fine-adjust the bottom temperature of the extraction tower, improve the extraction temperature gradient, adjust the solvent ratio and water injection. At the same time, the stripper liquid level meter is updated, and a new type of high temperature resistant, high vacuum double flange liquid level meter is adopted to improve the measurement accuracy and eliminate the influence of liquid level fluctuation at the bottom of the tower.

It is reported that Jinan Refining and Chemical will implement the environment-friendly rubber plasticizer upgrading project to further eliminate the capacity bottleneck of the device and greatly increase the output.
