At the same time, as an important achievement of the coordinated development of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei, this project is one of the most critical node projects for the extension of green chemical industry to new materials industry in Bohai New Area. The upstream can make full use of ethylene, propylene and other by-products of refining and chemical enterprises in the area, and the insufficient part can use olefin raw materials on shore of Taidi-Liquefication Terminal. The downstream can be further applied in a wide range of fields such as auto parts, home appliances, daily necessities packaging materials. The project technology is leading in the world, belongs to the national encouraged project, all the emissions of gas recycling, basically achieve the "zero emission" of waste gas.
