In response, Jinsheng Shares stated that the company has become Samsung's core supplier since 2007 and has always maintained a good cooperative relationship with it. It has successively participated in the early research and development and supply of many flagship mobile phones and tablet products. The company's existing technologies such as metal CNC technology, powder metallurgy injection molding technology, structural parts manufacturing and surface treatment technology, 2.5D reinforced optical glass manufacturing technology and waterproof technology can all be applied to wearable smart devices. The company has always maintained a good cooperative relationship with its customers. If Samsung uses powder metallurgy injection molding, waterproofing, metal processing and other process technologies in wearable device products, the company will actively strive for cooperation in this field. Zhang Cheng introduced that in the mobile phone manufacturing supply chain, it is mainly divided into several major parts, such as semiconductors, antennas, sensors, battery blocks, display screens, lenses, acoustics, circuit boards, and accessories. Judging from the current cooperation situation of Chinese suppliers, there are no Chinese companies involved in cooperation in core semiconductors and sensors, but Chinese listed companies are involved in batteries, backlight film materials, touch screens, electroacoustic accessories, casing processing and manufacturing. In addition, with the upgrading of Samsung products, sapphire glass listed companies are expected to have cooperation opportunities. However, Zhang Cheng also said that most of China's current electronic manufacturing companies are at a relatively low end in their production chain, and their gross profit margins are generally not high. Investors should also pay attention to the specific situation of Samsung's new products to avoid black swan events caused by products that fail to meet expectations.
