This time at the online Canton Fair, he found us again because we make custom furniture and it is easy to search for keywords such as custom or hotel."

In the 1950s, old Omar Faheer from Lebanon made the first iron wire business worth 100,000 pounds with Shanghai Minmetals at the Canton Fair. For more than half a century, three generations of Omar Faheer's family have been working closely with Shanghai Minmetals. The Canton Fair has also become a witness to the two companies' establishment of trust and long-term cooperation.

Today, Shanghai Minmetals and the Omar Faheer family still maintain close ties, which have gone beyond ordinary trading partners. At the Canton Fair last fall, Omar Fahey and his wife made a special trip to the Shanghai Minmetals booth and presented a hand-made plaque printed with the national flags of Lebanon and China and congratulations on the 70th anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China and the 70th anniversary of the founding of Shanghai Minmetals to express the family's feelings for Shanghai Minmetals.

At this year's Canton Fair, the two sides cannot meet at the booth for the time being, but the Omar Fahey family still expressed their willingness to continue cooperation with Shanghai Minmetals.
