Recently, the National Development and Reform Commission and other departments issued the "14th Five-Year Plan" plastic pollution control Action Plan (referred to as the "Plan"). The "Plan" clearly states that by 2025, China's white pollution should be effectively curbed. Open-air plastic waste left over from history in key water areas, key tourist attractions and rural areas will be basically eliminated. The recycling rate of agricultural film has reached 85 percent, and the residual amount of plastic film in China has achieved zero growth.
