According to Kagawa Prefecture police, the three came to Japan as skilled interns. The other two suspects are Xu Zaohong (27), a plastic processing worker in Kanuma City, Tochigi Prefecture, and a female skills intern (22) in Katto City, Hyogo Prefecture.
The suspects were rearrested on suspicion of receiving two fake Jiruka cards in the names of others sent by international Courier from China in July this year.
