Renqiu City, Cangzhou, Hebei province, needs to complete 23 key industrial sources of volatile organic matter (VOCs) emissions by the end of October this year, and only 4 of them are currently completed, and progress is slow; The inspection team has been reported to complete the rectification of enterprises, found that Hebei Tianxing Ink Co., Ltd. has not yet passed the VOCs rectification acceptance, China Petroleum Natural gas Co., Ltd. North China Petrochemical branch of the two oil and gas recovery device non-methane total hydrocarbon concentration of more than 10 times the local standard in Hebei.
