It can evenly disperse and migrate to the surface of the film, increase the critical wetting tension of the film, and reduce the surface tension of the water mist, so that the water mist is evenly dispersed, so that the film is completely transparent, and it can delay the aging of food.
Chenmei anti-fog masterbatch is added to the core layer of the film. With the migration of chemicals, an anti-fog layer is formed on the surface of the film. The vapor mist is condensed into a water film to make the surface of the film smooth and transparent. The corona treatment has a significant effect on the migration, and the corona surface migration effect is good. This product can provide the film with long-lasting droplet-free performance.

Use anti-fog masterbatch in the core layer of the film, the recommended addition amount is: 2.0~3.0%. According to the use requirements of the film: in the low temperature and low humidity environment in winter (temperature below 10 degrees, humidity below 40%), or when producing thinner products, it is recommended to use a higher addition amount. The amount of anti-fog masterbatch added is adjusted according to the film thickness, season, and anti-fog effect requirements.
1. In an environment with low temperature and low humidity, appropriately increase the amount of anti-fog masterbatch added.
2. The thinner the film thickness, the greater the amount added.
3. The higher the anti-fog effect requirement, the greater the amount added.
The anti-fog agent gradually migrates from the film to the surface to play a role. The migration speed is related to the ambient temperature during film manufacturing and post-processing.
This product is particularly suitable for BOPP anti-fog films with strict requirements on haze. Add to the core layer of the film, the recommended dosage is between 1% and 3%, and the specific dosage is determined according to the requirements of the product.
