The present invention relates to a multi-layer co extruded biaxially stretched poultry packaging shrink film and its method. The total thickness of the shrink film is 0.03mm-0.10mm. The shrink film is formed by co extruding three layers, with the first layer being a mixture of ethylene vinyl acetate copolymer EVA and linear low-density polyethylene LLDPE; The second layer is ethylene vinyl acetate copolymer EVA, and the third layer is a mixture of linear low-density polyethylene LLDPE and low-density polyethylene LDPE. The raw materials of each layer are added to the extruder of each layer for melting and plasticization, and then extruded through a mold to form a multi-layer film blank. After heating, blowing, biaxial stretching, cooling, and reaching the required bending diameter and shrinkage rate, the finished product is rolled up. The beneficial effects of the present invention are that the shrink film for poultry packaging has high shrinkage and high breathability, which can maintain the property of preventing leakage of poultry blood and water, prevent the leakage of hemostatic water to the greatest extent, and avoid the requirements of frosting, dehydration and drying in the bag; Can maintain the best retail appearance, hygiene quality, and longer shelf life of fresh poultry products.
