PP sheet, also known as polypropylene (PP) sheet, is a semi-crystalline material with a hard texture and a high melting point. Since homopolymer PP is very brittle at temperatures above 0буC, commercially used PP materials usually add 1~4% ethylene to improve its toughness.
Product Name: Copolymer PP materials have a lower heat distortion temperature (100буC), low transparency, low gloss, and low rigidity, but have stronger impact strength. The strength of PP increases with the increase of ethylene content. The Vicat softening temperature of PP is 150буC. Due to the high crystallinity, this material has good surface stiffness and scratch resistance. PP does not have environmental stress cracking problems. Usually, PP is modified by adding glass fiber, metal additives or thermoplastic rubber. The flow rate MFR of PP ranges from 1 to 40. Low MFR PP materials have good impact resistance but low ductility. For materials with the same MFR, the strength of copolymers is higher than that of homopolymers. Due to crystallization, the shrinkage of PP is quite high, generally 1.8~2.5%. And the directional uniformity of the shrinkage is much better than that of materials such as PE-HD. Adding 30% of glass additives can reduce the shrinkage to 0.7%. Both homopolymer and copolymer PP materials have excellent resistance to moisture absorption, acid and alkali corrosion, and solubility. However, it has no resistance to aromatic hydrocarbon (such as benzene) solvents, chlorinated hydrocarbon (carbon tetrachloride) solvents, etc. PP is not as resistant to oxidation at high temperatures as PE.
Pure PP board
has low density, is easy to weld and process, has excellent chemical resistance, heat resistance and impact resistance, is non-toxic and odorless, and is currently one of the most environmentally friendly engineering plastics. Glass fiber reinforced PP board
Glass fiber reinforced PP board (FRPP board): After being reinforced by 20% glass fiber, in addition to maintaining the original excellent performance, the strength and rigidity are doubled compared with PP, and it has good heat resistance, low temperature impact resistance, corrosion resistance and arc resistance, and low shrinkage. It is particularly suitable for chemical fiber, chlorine alkali, petroleum, dyes, pesticides, food, medicine, light industry, metallurgy, sewage treatment and other fields.
PPH board, beta (ж┬)-PPH single-sided non-woven board. (ж┬)-PPH products have excellent heat and oxygen aging resistance, long service life, and good mechanical properties. It has been successfully used in the production of boards, and the advanced technology is in a leading position in China. These products can be used for filter plates and spiral wound containers, for glass fiber reinforced plastic winding lining plates, petrochemical industry storage, transportation and anti-corrosion systems, power plants, water supply, water treatment and drainage systems; as well as steel plants, power plants dust removal, washing and ventilation systems.
The length and width can be customized according to customer requirements, the plate surface is smooth and flat, and the thickness is uniform.
PP extruded sheet has the characteristics of light weight, uniform thickness, smooth surface, good heat resistance, high mechanical strength, excellent chemical stability and electrical insulation, non-toxicity, etc. PP sheet is widely used in chemical containers, machinery, electronics, electrical appliances, food packaging, medicine, decoration and water treatment. The practical temperature of PP sheet can reach 100 degrees.
