There are three construction methods for this product: bonding method, empty laying method and mechanical fixing method. The joints are generally welded by heat welding. It can be constructed on a damp base surface.
(1) Base requirements
¢Ù The base and joints should be clean and dry, and all joints and node parts should be filled with grease.
¢Ú Ensure that the base surface is flat, solid, and free of sanding, powdering, shedding, cracks, etc.
(2) Waterproof coating construction
¢Ù The coating can be reinforced with non-woven fabrics or thin felt, or without reinforcement materials, but the coating in the board joint area must be added with a layer of non-woven fabric or thin felt.
¢Ú The waterproof coating material is generally 5~6kg/m2, and in principle "multi-layer thin coating" is adopted. During construction, it can be applied by brush or scraper. Each layer uses about 1kg/m2 of paint and needs to be applied 5 to 6 times. The last application must wait until the previous one is dry before it can be carried out. (3) Construction of protective layer

(4) Precautions
¢Ù Construction shall not be carried out when the temperature is below 5¡æ and on rainy days or when rain is predicted within 6 hours.
¢Ú When the temperature is high in summer, construction should be avoided under strong sunlight to prevent the base coating from loosening and forming small bubbles due to too fast evaporation of water.
¢Û The paint should be stored in a sealed container, and its surface layer can form a small amount of water separation to form a water seal without crusting.
¢Ü Storage temperature must not be lower than 0¡æ. The container must not be inverted or collided during transportation to avoid leakage.
The product is packaged in plastic woven bags.
During transportation, it is strictly prohibited to be exposed to the sun and rain, and it is strictly prohibited to approach the fire source, prevent collision, and ensure that the packaging is intact.
When storing the product, it should be stored in a ventilated and cool place, and it is prohibited to approach the fire source.
Under normal storage and transportation conditions, the shelf life of the product is 12 months. If it exceeds the shelf life, it can be inspected according to the items specified in this standard. If it meets the requirements, it can still be used.
