The bottle caps used for polypropylene infusion bottles are mainly modified from polypropylene (PP) resin. Polypropylene resin is not easy to open the bottle cap pull ring due to its high hardness and tensile strength. Most of the modified polypropylene bottle cap materials are imported and the cost is very high. Our company uses a lot every year. In order to reduce costs and increase corporate benefits, the company established a research and development team in 2003 and formulated a detailed development plan for modified polypropylene special materials. After two years of hard work, it was finally successfully developed. The product has been tested by the Jinan Medical Device Quality Supervision and Inspection Center of the State Food and Drug Administration, and all indicators meet the relevant standard requirements.
