Polymer PP material has a lower heat deformation temperature (100¡æ), low transparency, low gloss, and low rigidity, but has stronger impact strength. The impact strength of PP increases with the increase of ethylene content. The Vicat softening temperature of PP is 150¡æ. Due to the high crystallinity, the surface stiffness and scratch resistance of this material are very good. PP does not have the problem of environmental stress cracking.
1. PP pipe is non-toxic, non-rusting, and non-scaling, and meets the QB1929-93 water supply standard and HG20539-92 standard.
2. PP pipe is resistant to high temperature, and the water temperature transported by the pipeline can reach up to 90-100¡æ.
3. PP pipes use hot-melt connection technology. The pipes and fittings are homogeneously melted into one. There are no detachable ferrules or compression joints. They are safe, reliable and never leak.
4. PP pipes are light in weight, with a specific gravity of only one-eighth that of steel pipes. They are easy to install, carry and connect, saving labor costs.
5. PP pipes are corrosion-resistant and can effectively prevent ions in water or chemicals from corroding the inside and outside of the pipes.
6. The inner wall of the PP pipe is smooth, the system pressure loss is small, and the water flow rate is fast.
