Vacuum aluminum-plated cast polypropylene film, referred to as VMCPP, is based on a specially formulated aluminum-plated co-extruded cast polypropylene film. A layer of aluminum with a thickness of 1.5-2.5¦¸/¡õ (square resistance) is plated on the treated surface of the aluminum-plated co-extruded cast polypropylene film substrate using high vacuum aluminum plating and plasma surface treatment technology. The non-treated surface of the film uses low-temperature heat-sealed polypropylene raw materials, which has good heat-sealing performance, bright luster, and good barrier properties to ultraviolet rays, water vapor and oxygen.
VMCPP can be dry-laminated or extruded with BOPET, BOPP, BOPA and other materials for the packaging of food, medicine and daily necessities.
