Precautions

1. Correctly install each motor and its circuit. The motor uses a three-phase 380V heating plate and uses a 220V current.

2. Check whether the screws are loose and whether the main shafts can rotate flexibly.

3. Provide good grounding protection outside each machine.

4. Check whether the rotation direction of each main shaft of the test machine is correct.

5. Preheat the heating plate to melt the foam on the barrel shell, and note that the raw materials in the upper and lower barrels must be completely dissolved before each extruder is started, so as to rotate the large wheel flexibly. Because the raw material melt block remains in the head, it is recommended to use a blowtorch to strengthen the preheating of the upper and lower heads.

6. Flexibly control the length of the strip entering the water. Depending on the air temperature and water temperature, cool the strip by about 1.1-1.7M through the water, so that the strip will not break brittlely and will not stick after cutting.

7. Observe the color and shape of the output material, and flexibly control the power supply and stop of each heating plate.

8. For raw materials with more impurities such as ash and soil, you can add 60-80 mesh and 1-3 layers of screens before the screen to ensure the color and purity of the particles.

First start-up

1. Before starting the machine, first heat up for about 40 to 50 minutes. Raise the temperature to the point where you can pull the motor belt by hand until it is free; pull it continuously for eight to ten times in the normal working direction. Then continue to heat up for about ten minutes, and then start the machine, but continue to heat up, because normal production requires continuous heat supplementation; adjust different temperatures according to different properties of plastics.

2. When the granulator is working normally, the machine temperature should remain stable and not fluctuate. The temperature near the vent hole until the head of the machine should be kept at about 200¡æ (referring to C material and B material).

3. Feed the material evenly and add enough. The machine feeding speed and feeding speed should be properly coordinated. Otherwise, it will affect the quality and output of the particles.

4. When shutting down, the main machine must be completely cut off from power. The machine head screw plug (with the wrench part) must be removed. Preheat it separately before the next use.
