AMUT debuts its latest ACF series thermoforming machines
The ACF series is a thermal forming machine developed by AMUT COMI, part of the AMUT Group, which was first presented at the K Show in Germany last year and received positive feedback from users. In order to promote this model to the Southeast Asian market, AMUT COMI has decided to present the ACF820 model at CHINAPLAS 2017 this year. This model is a three-station system (forming - cutting - stacking), the forming area is 820 X 650mm, the clamping force is 240KN, the punching station area is 800 X 630mm, the clamping force is 600KN. The heating zone adopts a newly designed 5-step length, 3250mm long, and can process thick PP sheet without adding preheater.
Visitors to the site will see this production facility producing PET boxes (thickness from 350 microns), using a 15-hole mold, with production rates of up to 60 times/min. ACF series is suitable for the production of different materials, a wide range of products, such as PET, APET, RPET, CPET, OPS, HIPS, PS, EPS, PP, PLA, PVC modular design, can provide a variety of standards, including connected production models. Excellent production repeatability and high speed performance make this machine extremely attractive and highly competitive. In addition, the forming and punching stations are specially equipped with reverse balance plates.
