As a system supplier, the BEUMER Group has also specifically expanded the BEUMER fillpac FFS product system for forming-filling-sealing systems to meet the needs of different applications. Customers can now choose between high speed models (up to 2,600 bags/hour) and low speed models (up to 1,800 bags/hour), such as in the fertilizer industry. In the expanded product range, suitable performance levels can be selected as required.

Fast cleaning for easy switching

" We also offer easy cleaning solutions for low speed models ", says Christian Freise, Beumer Group Sales Engineer. In particular, it is suitable for the packaging of special products and other color particles for low-speed models. Because particles are bagged, fine dust is usually produced, and extremely small particles can get stuck in the machine. With BEUMER fillpac FFS, it is easy to clean the equipment with water and change the product color. "Our weighing unit has a circular structure that makes it easy to clean," says Freise.

In addition, the BEUMER fillpac FFS system provides a one-stop packaging technology for filling and palletizing. The system places prefabricated PE film into a feed bag, which is filled with the customer's engineering plastics, such as PE, PP, PA or PS pellets. Salt or fertilizer can also be packed protectionally, while the BEUMER fillpac FFS is equipped with a calibrated electronic weighing device that weighs the particles prior to the filling process. The system then seals the bags, each weighing up to 25 kg.
